Gentle Flow Yoga with Yoga Nidra

Join Kat Wilcox for an hour of Yoga to recharge the body, mind, and spirit! This class will include approximately a half hour of gentle movement and classic Yoga poses, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to reduce stress and support deep relaxation. Gentle, slow-paced Yoga flows can help to increase flexibility, calm the mind, strengthen the body, and enhance range of motion, without requiring you to twist yourself into a pretzel!. Please bring a Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket if you have them. A limited number of Yoga mats are available for use upon request. This class is limited to 8 people.
