Earthquakes: World Shakers with Dr. Wendy Bohon

In another Science by the Seat of Your Pants and STAR Net program at PPL, If/Then ambassador and earthquake geologist Dr. Wendy Bohon delivers a virtual talk, that will “Unearth a Story” about “Earth Shakers: The science of earthquakes.”

If/Then She Can Ambassador and Geologist Wendy Bohon studies earthquakes and works to improve the communication of hazard and risk before, during and after rapid onset geologic hazards. Wendy was pursuing a career in acting until one day she felt everything shaking and she found STEAM; now she works as the geologist and science communication specialist for the Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology.
