Summer Reading

Dig Into Reading - Summer reading camp Logo

Summer Reading Camp 2013
Summer Reading Camp 2013, for children ages 5-10, is based upon the NYS Collaborative Summer Library Program, Dig Into Reading. This year’s theme will have us exploring rocks and minerals, fossils, burrowers and more. Expect some crafts and activities, games, songs and, of course, lots of reading! Campers will attend camp for five consecutive days from 10:30 a.m. until Noon each day. The 5-day camp format will allow for larger projects that take several days to accomplish or need overnight to dry. At the close of camp children will be encouraged to continue reading and filling their reading records throughout the summer. The camp is free, however, registration is required.

Please fill out the registration form below and return it to the library by July 8 for Session 1, July 22 for Session 2 and. August 5 for Session 3.

Registration form in PDF format, requires Adobe reader.
Print the form and mail it to the address below or drop it off at the library on your next visit.
